Currently, we only ship within New Zealand and Australia.
Payments can be displayed in New Zealand or Australian Dollars.
Orders will be dispatched within one working day of receipt of your order, however during peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter delivery may take a bit longer. Orders placed on public holidays will be sent out within the next two working days.
We do not accept P.O Boxes as addresses.

Tracking your Order
Our shipper boxes are sent by GoSweetSpot. You will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your order as it journeys over to you, making sure that it arrives safely.
Customs and Import Duties
If you order products from the website for delivery outside New Zealand they may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that you will need to be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office if you have concerns for further information before placing your order. Girl Undiscovered will not be liable for charges in the case of your shipment being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs.
We put a lot of time and effort into creating beautiful products and want you to love your purchase. However if for some reason you are unhappy with your order we would like to work it out with you and will take returns unopened, on a case-by-case basis.
Once it has been agreed that an item can be returned, it will need to be done so within 30 days of you receiving the product. We only ask that you keep everything in its original condition (sealed and with no signs of use) and with shipper invoice intact for proof of purchase. Please note that due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange on any opened or used products.
If the products are faulty or damaged in transport, please return the product to us as soon as possible at Girl Undiscovered, 3:5, Axis Building, No. 1 Cleveland Road, Parnell, Auckland, NZ. Please contact us for a free postage return label.

Our Refund Policy
If a refund has been agreed we will refund the price of the products and our standard NZ delivery return cost incurred on your order.
If you don’t have the shipping note we will give you a Gift E-Voucher to the value of the most recent selling price.
Any refund to you will only be made to the same credit or debit card originally used by you to pay for your purchase and any refund due will be processed within 14 days after we receive the products.
Products returned by you due to a fault or damage in transport will be refunded in full, including a refund of any delivery charges for sending the item(s) to you.
Availability of a ProductWe always do our best to keep stocks high. Sometimes we sell out faster than we can take orders. If this is the case you will be fully refunded.
